Dear Colleagues/Professors/Students

          GAERP is an international peer-reviewed academic conference that aims to provide a forum for a diverse range of high-quality research papers to foster rapid communication and exchange among researchers, scientists, and engineers working in the field of technology. Original research pieces, review articles, and feature articles are published at the conference. Prospective attendees are encouraged to submit unpublished original manuscripts linked to the conference theme. It is recommended that authors use the standard camera-ready format for their articles. All articles submitted following the rules will be peer-reviewed and evaluated. Paper acceptance notifications will be sent to authors via email. The authors of approved papers will be allowed to make modifications in accordance with the reviewers' suggestions and comments before submitting final camera-ready manuscripts by the final submission date.

• STEP 1(Submit Abstract): Click the link to submit your abstract. Click Here
• STEP 2 (Acceptance): Following the editorial board's review, you will receive an Abstract Acceptance notification email with instructions on how to produce a complete paper (optional) and your conference ID.
• STEP 3 (Registration): After your abstract/full paper has been approved, you can begin registering for the conference. GAERP Conferences are among the most reasonably priced academic gatherings. Discounts are available for researchers from low-income nations.
• STEP 4 (Video/Slide Submission): At the Conference, your prepared pre-recorded presentation will be streamed live on Zoom. The presentation slides/poster are published with a DOI via the GAERP Publication Gateway, more information will be given to you via email.

Call for Paper

          All honorable writers are cordially invited to contribute to and shape the conference by presenting their research abstracts and papers, as well as their development efforts in Engineering, Technology, and Applied Sciences. Authors are encouraged to submit their abstracts or full-length papers through the submission system. Please submit the paper in PDF format.

          All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated on the basis of originality, technical and/or research content/depth, accuracy, conference relevance, contributions, and readability. Technical value, interest, applicability, and how well they integrate into a coherent and balanced technical programme will be used to choose submissions.

Publication:

          All accepted abstracts and full articles will be published in electronic format in the proceedings named International Academic Conference Proceedings.

Acceptance:

          We will email you a notification of approval or rejection within a few days (3-4 days) of receiving your proposal/abstract or full manuscript. If your paper is accepted, you will receive additional conference and registration information.

          All accepted papers/abstracts will be peer evaluated twice and published in our online conference proceedings.

Guidelines:

• Medium of Conference: English is the conference's official language; the paper should be written and presented in both English.
• Presentation & Publication (Full paper): Full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper(optional).
• Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.
• Ethical Standards: Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behaviour is the essential virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is entirely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
• Presentation Category:
  •        Oral/Virtual Presentation: Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference.
  •        E-poster Presentation: Electronic poster (e-poster) presentations are similar to traditional poster presentations but presented on a large computer screen.
  •        Pre-Recorded Video Presentation: Authors who cannot attend the live session opt for presenting their work in a pre-recorded audio-visual format (.mp4) can avail of this option.
• Submission Guidelines:
  •        Abstract Submission: The maximum word limit for the Abstract is 250-500 words. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
  •        Full paper Submission: Submit the full paper only if the committee has officially accepted your abstract. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
